To save download time and bandwidth, please only download full VB6 installers if you are sure you do not have the Visual Basic 6 runtime files available on your machine. If you have "MSVBVM60.DLL" on your PC you should be okay with the mini installer package.

• Message Mangler
  A tool originally created to encode "easter egg" messages so they could not be found easily within software, but now upgraded to include a decoder and more encoding formats:
  swab swaps pairs of characters (the original mangler)
  R13+ and R13- "rotates" alphabetic characters only up/down 13 letters (A to N / N to A, etc)
  RND+ and RND- rotates all ASCII characters up/down by a random amount for each character, using a value supplied by the user to seed the random number generator.
